Q. DO YOU HAVE A POWERTOWER SPEC SHEET FOR INSTALLATION?

Q. PURCHASE AND SHIPPING?

A. The PowerTower is only available for purchase directly through this website. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9 Australian wide. Unfortunately due to our warehousing facility policy, pick-up is not available.

Q. MY POWERTOWER IS HARD TO RAISE AND LOWER?

A. The main reason this occurs is due to the large black nut below the bench being over-tightened. If you loosen the nut below the bench and re-tighten so that it is firm but not over tight. This will allow the powerTower to slide up and down much easier.

Q. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

A. The PowerTower is covered by a 2 Year Warranty. In the unlikely event your PowerTower fails within the 2 year period, simply send us an email to sales@power-tower.com.au detailing the fault and we will contact you directly.

Q. I HAVE ONLY ONE SOCKET UNDER MY BENCH TOP AND I’M ALREADY USING IT WHAT CAN I DO?

A. If it is only a single power point ask your Electrician to swap it for a double power point. If there are no power points currently under your bench you will need to ask your Electrician to install one for you.

Q. CAN I CUT THE HOLE IN THE BENCH-TOP MYSELF?

A. Depending on the material of the bench-top, you may be able to drill the hole yourself with a 105mm hole saw. If your bench-top is Marble, Granite and Ceaserstone you will require a professional to cut it for you.

Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THIS ITEM?

A. All payment transactions are safely and securely carried out through the secure STRIPE payment system. All major credit cards are accepted. You can still checkout even if you don’t have an account.

Q. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

A. PowerTower is sent from Sydney using Australia Post eParcel. Depending on your location, delivery will take between 2-7 days.

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

A. Yes, we also accept orders from New Zealand
